As a general rule, it is limited to meetings and seminars hosted and co-hosted by special members.
※LINKJ-J Special Member C can reserve only 904,906 conference rooms.
Application
After joining, it will be done using the dedicated reservation system "Smart Space Reservation".

Meeting room reservation
On the day of use
Please check the reservation status on the dedicated page and make a reservation for the conference room.
Please operate your mobile phone in front of the door of the conference room reserved on the day and unlock it.
The electronic lock attached to the door reacts and unlocks.
